The interview process left a lot to be desired of the organisation. The panelists while had a good PR, came in late. The recruiter mentioned they would share feedback but never did so. I would suggest that in future they don't offer to share feedback and fail as it paints a bad culture within the organisation where people aren't accountable for their words
