I participated in a screening interview. The calendar scheduling software did not work properly, so I emailed the recruiter with preferred times. The recruiter was 20 minutes late to the interview and then had to reschedule for later in the day. When we finally did speak the recruiter was friendly. I ended up interviewing for two positions that were open. I received notice within two weeks that I was not selected to move to the next round. I asked for additional feedback and none was provided. The same two positions were re-advertised and are still open four months later.

Process took over 6 months - 4 interviews + Written Skills Test. The interviews had case questions and scenarios. Primarily about people management, fundraising skills, disaster scenario planning, experience with high net worth donors.
