Really bad communication throughout interview process. Initially had an automated email asking me to organise a time for a screening call and then once I was on the call with the recruiter he barely asked any questions at all. This was then followed by a complete lack of communication and no transparency was evident as opposed to what is meant to be policy in the handbook.
