Had an initial call with a "senior recruiter". No structured conversation, just a bunch of random, disjointed questions.
Was told there could be a good fit and then received no feedback for three weeks. Unprofessional and incompetent process.

got contacted by the recruiter for a job that wasn't available on the website and other job board. got the interview with the hiring manager, even if they announced layoffs for the beginning of June

it was the same interview, nothing special 3-4 classic questions, like why this place, who you are, what are doing for creating your pipeline, what's your key of success in sales
