Painfully long and time consuming process. Went through 10 rounds of interviewing (30-45min per round) with various people in the business including the talent partner screen. Some questions on thought process and about providing examples for scenarios and multiple questions in line with their principles. I think I have spent about 5 h of interviewing time over duration of 2 weeks, on top of lots of background prep work and interview setup. No feedback on why I did not get the job - would have been nice to know as I think I have spent so much of my time on this process. I respect the process but I think it needs to be two-way street. From screening to final interview, took about 2 months end to end.
