Hired via LinkedIn, the application included a small write-up regarding your thoughts on the company. A few days later, I was approached by Lead HR to schedule a Zoom interview, standard walk through of position, team and company. I was invited to a second round which was with the manager of the team. A few technicals but was very unstructured, a lot of back and worth questions and responses. HR got back to me within the same week that they were not going to move forward. Next steps would've been a take-home case, a zoom conf. regarding case, and final in-house interviews with a few case studies. One of the more arduous interview processes in the Bay but makes sense to bring in the best talent.
