Hiring is simple. Only two round Interview. Firstly if Mr. Quraishi will shortlist your CV, then he may call you or mail you for first round. Mr. Zia from HR will take your First round interview, he will ask your introduction, some simple question and basic calculation. further shortlisted candidate will face HR Head Kashmira Tamhane for final interview. She will also ask basic questions and related to your previous work experience. If she will let you know the salary means you are selected, but salary is not negotiable. She will leave you no choice and you have to work anywhere in UAE she will assign you. Starting Salary will be 1700 Basic + House allowance 800 + 400 Transport so total 2900 dirham. If you say yes then start working for your visa.
