I applied online and received an email from one of the recruiters shortly after. First, I was sent a short technical quiz to be completed in a browser platform. After that was done, another recruiter contacted me to book a meeting were I was shown information about the company, their core values, what they do, etc. She also asked me a couple of technical questions -the tricky Javascript questions kind-. The experience thus far was pretty good, as the recruiter was a very kind person. Then, the next step was a (very) long code assignment that included a Frontend and a Backend part: It was sort of a To Do app, but you also had to track the duration of each task. They gave me 7 days to come back with my solution. The recruiter's last email came about a week later, telling me that I didn't make it through. The ugly part: I didn't get any feedback or explanations for their decision; the code assignment took me ~15 hours to complete (while having a full time day job).
