The interview process at the time was pretty informal: it began with correspondence via email after I had replied to job posting. Then a short phone screen and finally an in-person. Generally, the interview was just Technical talk about the environment and questions about Linux, Servers, Databases, etc. Some example questions on the whiteboard, and talk of previous experience.
