Interviewed by HR and manager - straightforward and friendly. It was a relaxed get to know you session and gave me a good feeling for the company. It went for about an hour.
Process of phone screening - peer interview - culture fit meeting - coffee chat with executive. All in all the experience if interview process was not bad. Polite and the interviews were started on time scheduled.

I sent a letter via USPS to department head and he called me directly which led to an in person interview. I was given a tour of their offices and introduced to some potential coworkers
