The interview process for this company is ridiculous. After numerous assessment tests, I was asked to come in for an interview for a support role. This turned out to be a group of with 20 other candidates. They had the music so loud that we couldn’t even hear. They mostly wanted to talk about how much beer they like to drink while working. I finally was called back to talk to someone that had no personality and did not even know what questions to ask. HR then told me through my recruiter that they didn’t think I’d be challenged enough in a support role, but thought I would make a great fit for the Account Training Specialist role. Then it took another 2 weeks to interview for that. Several days after the interview, they told my recruiter that they were going to “pass” with no other explanation.
It’s probably better they didn’t offer me a job because they are very unorganized. Applicants have to invest hours of their time doing evaluations which should be done only for final candidates.
