Applied online, then interviewed on campus. The online application was kind of annoying, because the auto fill of my resume into their system did not work at all. The interview was great, the interviewers gave incredibly positive feedback and were active listeners.

Entrevista
The first interview was on the phone with an HR recruiter. Follow-up was pretty quick about the second interview which was onsite. The onsite interviews were about 5 in total, each one on one with different managers at the site.

Very friendly and very personable. Gave a good description of daily tasks, while asking questions of situations that I would be expected to handle. Interview was over 3 hours long and a several day process.

Entrevista
Phone interview with recruiter Went on to next round with Video Interview with Hiring Manager Then 2 weeks later was flown out for on-site interview. Interview went well and everyone I interviewed with was impressed with my qualifications Was told I’ll hear back soon with next steps, it has been 6 weeks and no response from HR or hiring manager with application still being considered. I even sent a follow-up email after the 2 week mark and complete silence. Luckily I found a different job but if that’s how Georgia Pacific treats their applicants, I wonder how they treat their employees. Don’t understand how they promote MBM principles like integrity and respect but you could care less people and the time they took to participate in the interviews.
