Simple and easy. Everything was straight forward and quick. The interview lasted maybe 30 minutes. I would recommend this company. the interview process is easy. After the interview is over they let me know they will be in touch with me. I received a call 3 days later

      Entrevista

They tried way too hard to make this interview complicated for job that no one wants. I got to my interview on time, however there is a security clearance that you have to get through first. So I’m waiting for the security to phone the person who does the interviews, which she wasn’t sure who to call because she didn’t get any notice. So I gave her the name of the person who sent me the email. She looked through her call log and could not find his name, I found a manager also listed in the email so I gave her his name. She called him and after a while he finally picked up but had no idea who I was or that an interview was scheduled. After a few minutes the guy decided to trust me and let me in, at this point it appeared that I was 2 minutes late walking into the building. There were 3 guys there who were all waiting for me with very cold and unsettling demeanors. They escorted me into a meeting room and they all started to take turns asking me questions, nothing seemed unusual but they were extremely serious and seemed as though they were interviewing me for congress with the extensive list of questions… however I wasn’t phased I answered all the questions professionally and they even agreed with all my answers. However Trevor, who is one of the interviewers was purposely trying to ask me very negatively geared questions and I didn’t understand what the issue was until he admitted that he had an issue with me being “late”. I explained that I wasn’t late but was held up at security and he seemed to changed the subject after that due to not wanting to take accountability that they forgot to let security know to let me in, or to give me instructions on how to bypass security. Anyways, this was only the interview that was unsettling. The other two gentlemen in the interview seemed to be more understanding and reasonable, however I was explained that in this position I would be working in a 125 degree plus environment mixing chemicals all day and working alone from 7pm-7am. Talk about nothing but red flags, I already decided in the middle of the interview that I would not work there but I figured I’ll finish the interview since I already started. So my response to this company in the Las Vegas location is to understand that an intense interview isn’t going to help you spot a good worker. Most people are good at “appearing fit for the job” during the interview process & some are bad at “appearing fit for the job” however you’re never going to know who’s actually a good worker for this job until you give them the job and let them experience it. This is not a job that requires a difficult interview, this is a job that needs to hire anyone who says they will do it and then just see if they can actually do it. I understand why this position was open, no one wants this job and the people who do want it may not do a great job during the interview. Just explain to people what the job is and ask them “so with that being said, do you think you can do it?”
