It was just a phone interview and I was asked regular interview questions except for the once about the Koch brothers. I thought that was weird since I was interviewing about a job not politics. People just want a job. I doubt they care about the political party or beliefs. I don't even know their beliefs since I dont watch or meddle in politics.

Interviewed with recruiter with 2 weeks after online submit. Went very well and was pushed to do a video call with the hiring manager but took a couple of weeks with horrible communication on their part. Interview also went well, and was asked to do an in person interview and tour. Once again to over a month to get ahold of them to reconnect. Went in for tour and interview with 3 sections and I felt it went very well, they were very receptive and provided great feedback. The hiring manager said I would be hearing from them and no communication now for 2 months. I have reached out to the recruiter and to the hiring manager both. Im a professional and of course I moved on, but the demeanor of the higher process managers was horrible.

After application, a video interview with answering question online.
Phone screening with recruiter after the application. Meet and Interview with manager on site along with the site visit lasting a day. Company pays for all visit.
fair they asked relevant questions for the role and i had a good time with the interviewer. Some behavioral questions and some technical questions but alot of resume questions. Would recommend
