Interviews were held in person on campus. Initial and post-interview screening was done via phone, and the process overall was very quick. I learned about the opening at a non-university job website, compared it to the full description at the Georgetown website, and applying my own background directly, I was able to have a better conversation at the interview to present my ability and interest.
