Tldr; process is way too long and repetitive, but at least HR is organised In order to complete interview process you have to invest 2 entire days of your time, 14-16 hours, not including prep time. This includes: 1. an online technical quiz 2. multiple behavioural and "cultural fit" interviews 3. a take-home coding challenge that takes around 6-9 hours. It's purposely written in a way that is impossible to implement and requires you to make executive decisions, but doesn't provide any evaluation criteria. So you can't focus your limited time on what is relevant to them 4. 3.5 hour(!) extremely repetitive live coding challenge after the take home The interviewers often repeated each other's questions and did not seem to be coordinated or prepared. I do technical evaluations for hiring at my current company. I don't understand why they can't figure out how to evaluate the points that are important to them in a way that takes a total of 4-8 hours of the candidate's time... like most other companies. After all this, I got a generic, copy-paste rejection email that just said I "wasn't the right fit". Zero real feedback. The only positive thing I can say is that HR was professional and responsive and always stuck to the timelines.

Entrevista
No phone contact was made. I got send a link to a questionnaire via email. It was a set of mostly technical questions and basically replaced a first round of interview. It was open-ended questions with text boxes. It was about 10 of them. It took me about 2hrs to fill them. I never heard back from the company. Not even an automated email.
