Several rounds of interviews with diverse groups of project managers and principals over the course of several weeks. Conversations were professional but pretty casual; portfolio is reviewed but beyond just professional competence they seem interested in personality and culture fit. The role remained a bit ambiguous, seemed they were trying to figure that out as we went through the conversations. No discussion of compensation until offer. There's a little less flexibility as there is a billing structure.

First interview after talking with a recruiter twice was in the office. 90min discussion including office tour. Met with two individuals of long tenure. Discussed career pathway and design process. Feedback was received the following day and second interview is now scheduled.
