      Entrevista

      I was contacted very quickly after applying, which initially felt promising. However, the actual interview felt more like a surprise exam than a conversation. The recruiter was condescending, the payroll manager stayed silent the entire time, and there was no effort to create a two-way discussion or explore my experience meaningfully. The interview invitation did not clearly indicate the format or expectations, which added to the confusion. I was asked compliance-heavy questions with no introduction and very little warmth or clarity from the panel. Despite having over 8 years of experience, I was not given the space to demonstrate my fit.
