I recently attended Genpact on-campus drive in our college. There were many students participating in the drive for the post of Software Developer and I was one of them. Three rounds: 1.Resume selection 2.Online Assessment 3. Technical Interview 4. HR Interview Resume Selection: General process of registering and submittion of resume fir drive. Online Assessment: Hacker Rank Platform . The questions were mainly of Java , OOPS , DBMS, JavaScript. Surprisingly there were pseudo codes but no coding section (which I was expecting). The Assessment consisted of approx 72-75 questions. Technical Round: Questions from Project completed, Some CS concepts and questions regarding favourable coding language HR Round : Basic situational questions , Introduction and Interest . This round is to check the candiates personality .
