Now they will hire only as contract employees. Interview will be of 3 round. Round 1 will be basic english & communication test, Round 2 will be about testing Excel & Word Skills and final round will be HR.

Easy interview. First they want you to write a topic of your own if got selected the f2f round is there. Interviewers are very friendly and positive from the Operations.
