waste of time for going interview in Genpact. position is not said in the first round of interview. after having 4-6 years of experience also u have to qualify all the rounds. Hr doesn't prefer will not best option for you. There is no prior intimation on managerial round.

Overall good experience. Had 3 rounds of interview lined up with - Manager, Senior Manager and HR. The interview lasted for 15 - 20 mins max. The last round with HR was a bit tough.
