I have attended the interview at Genpact. The first round was HackerRank test.After that there will a technical discussion they told and asked me to wait. I had to wait around 2 hours still they didn't call me for F2F. HR people called the people who came very late (after me). This is annoying. Please treat all people are equal and respect the people's time. Most irresponsible HR team I have never seen.
