Entrevista
It was quite a fast process from the submission of my application through the phone and personal interview to the offer.
1., Phone interview with a very kind, friendly person testing my experiences, motivation and English skills
2., Phone call to scedule personal interview on the same day
3., Personal interview with 2 or more team leaders who need new team members and interested in the person by the experiences
Within the same week
If you tell them that you have other interviews, they do a lot to catch you in time
4., Offer call and then email on the following day

What were your most successful/challenging situations in your previous roles?
Are you OK with the fact that Genpact provides its services based on calendar days, not business / working days, which means that closing period sometimes falls to weekends? Although overtime is very likely occasionally and not paid, but can be used to reduce working time on other days.
