It all started with a call from a hiring agency and was shortlisted for the interview. The interview started with the screening round and then there was a written exam and then a telephonic round and then finally 1:1 round happened. It was a great experience and it was a good interview.That's all from my side.
There is only round only and it was easy related to the financial statements and cash flow statements after that there is onboarding process and documentation and background verification whichbis quickly happens

It was a well aligned panel, straight forward with a technical round followed by HR. The process was easy to follow with minimum delays. The panel knew what they require and were asking appropriate questions.

Not happen at all, bad experience, hr behaviour should be policte and supportive please improve. Please provide all information before the interview. Genpact is a good company. Please hire employees with good salary
