Hr screen and then interview with team/hiring manager. Extremely easy interview in the sense that they ask you to tell them about yourself and then spend more than the allotted time talking about themselves/experiences at Genmab. The employees seem happy there, but I didn't feel like I was a real candidate for the position because so little interest was paid to me/my background. I was able to ask a few questions, but the answers were very long and had tangents. Both interviews went 15-40 min over, but it was really just them talking about their own journey (which was really interesting but not what I expected the vast majority of the convo to be about).
Three meetings, first with recruiter, then with hiring manager, and then another final manager. First is to see fit, then is to see whether you fit in with the team, then it is whether you fit in with the team team.
HR is first calling for about 10 minutes to discuss the availabilities and the wish on the salary and extra. Then comes a interview of 1 hour with the manager and a colleague, this one was online. I had later a interview on site with the n+2 and another manager. Everybody made me feel welcome and free to express myself.
