I applied to Glean on 1/20/2024. On 12/3/2024 - almost 11 months later - I received the standard ATS form letter saying we decided not to move forward. Really? I'd have had more respect for you as a company if you'd just continued to ghost me and let it go. Now you've just proven that no one in you HR department has a clue.
