The process was very chill overall. It was a panel interview with two managers from the teams they were hiring for. They gave one very easy coding problem, and the rest of the interview was behavioral.

Applied first through school's job portal, got selected for a 20 minute interview through Zoom. Had 2 interviewers from the team – one manager, one director. Pretty good experience, the interviewers were really friendly and seemed super nice. Pretty different from my previous interviews however, they gave a 2-3 min description of Genesys and dove right into the technical questions (no behavioural). One Leetcode easy, and the rest were questions related to technologies from my resume (describe x, why did you you use y, why is a better than b, etc.)

After a quick 20 minute call with the recruiter, I had a 1-hour panel interview with the team that I would be working with. It mainly consisted of verbal technical questions as well as 2-3 quick coding questions. The team was very friendly, and they were helpful while working through coding questions. I only wish they had asked me more about myself and my goals/passions.
