I had three phone interviews. The first interview was with recruiter. Then a long period of time passed. Second interview happened went fine enjoyed conversation. Then 3+ months of time passed. Recruiter kept me informed during this time. Third interview happened. I explained my experience on how it would relate to company. Very few questions asked of me so I thought it went well. I wasn’t offered the position due to something that wasn’t even discussed in the interview. So didn’t have opportunity to respond. Overall it’s fine. Good experience just disappointed with the amount of time and outcome.
