Made it through 4 rounds of interviews. Serious red flags in the 3rd and especially 4th interview. 4th one was in person and was provided wrong address. When I told interviewer that, he looked at me like I had 2 heads. I was then introduced to several of the upper management staff. Noticed that one was having trouble standing there because he was very ill, probably a flu or similar. Then I sat with interviewer and another person who stated that it was their second day on the job. Both numerous statements that were contradictory to what I was told upfront. For example I was told GenesisCare values their employees time but then was told it wasn't unusually to work 12+ hour days. Not necessarily surprised, but clearly deceptive. I was then told after the interview that I would a decision would be made next day, that I would be contacted either way. Silence for 3 weeks until a got an e-mail from original recruiter that I didn't get the position but they wanted to keep my resume on file. Not a company I would ever want to work for, I dodged a bullet.

Applied online, got contacted via email by recruiter with a date within a week of applying. Moved to the next round but go no communication for 3 weeks on dates despite emails. Eventually heard back that recruitment had been paused due to internal circumstances and role will be advertised again in 4-6 weeks
