Good. Recruiter screens candidate, then had phone interview and in person interview with DOR. Spoke with recruiter again about 1 week after interview and offer was made. Whole process from application to offer was 3 weeks.
Online video call, casual. Asked me about myself, previous school. What I am looking forward to, what I may be nervous about. Diagnoses I am familiar with. How I like to be taught (hands on learner?)

Interviewed for a DOR position. Good appropriate questions. About an hour, with plenty of time for me to ask my questions. I was surprised when the area director asked me - how can the company help me grow professionally!
