Very Formal interview process. 3-on-1 approach to candidate. Formal attire recommended. Asked many scripted questions. Informal conversation at the end of the interview. I'd suggest starting with the information conversation first, then move onto the formal questions or at least mix it up a bit. Questions were outdated and likely government / HR mandated.
