Very nice team. They asked pretty standard interview questions first in a phone call screening, then had a video call, then they asked me to complete an assignment which lead to an in-person interview where we discussed the assignment. Note that they use AI to screen and record the video call.

4 rounds of interviews, asked standard questions and met with friendly people. They were clear about the process from the initial screening call. After 3 interviews, I did not hear back.

Met with my soon-to-be direct manager and Head of Recruitment on my first interview. Both made me feel super comfortable and like we were having a conversation rather than an interview. Got to meet with the COO during my second interview who gave great insight into the company and its goals. Overall a really positive experience!
