Entrevista
Process consists of 4 rounds of interviews. L1 - Technical Round
L2 - Techno Managerial Round
L3 - Managerial Round
L4 - HR Round
They took 4 rounds. All rounds were 1 hr each.
They wanted a tech lead and couldn't figure out till hr round that I am good fit as a team lead or not. They wasted my time. If you are already clear that you want a tech lead with specific skill set then please reject that candidate there itself. Don't proceed further. Also after HR round, they not even bothered to send an email of rejection.
Total waste of time. Worst experience.
