Short, in person interview at a job fair. Interviewing employees seemed knowledgeable and motivated to find good candidates. Some of the things they honed in on surprised me, however. Ultimately, I left feeling a bit miffed.

Very unorganized. Assumed the interview area was in an uncleared area but was told that I needed a passport to access the interview area. Felt like they threw me with a random manager who was available in the lobby as attendance seems to be spotty with telework.

Straightforward interview, they go down your resume and you have a conversation over each section. Not especially technical for the most part, you just need to be personable and good at answering typical interview questions.
