The interview process consisted of a screening interview with an HR professional. After a few weeks, I had another screening interview with the primary hiring manager. That lasted for about 45 minutes and consisted of a several behavior questions along with questions about my resume and skills. A few weeks went by and I had a phone call with a panel of managers. One was in Boston, another was in Minneapolis, and another was driving and was clearly distracted. I had to have this person repeat what they were saying on numerous occasions because of the poor signal. Moreover, it was a video interview without the video. Therefore, I wasn't able to gauge the facial features of the interviewers to look for visual cues and body language.
