Had an phone interview that was set up by the hiring manager for a morning time interview. The interviewer went over several questions about the skills required for the position. He then went over my resume and skill set. He asked me about my education and military experience. He asked about my availability and salary range. At the end on the interview he allowed me to ask any questions that I might have. He then said that he would make a decision and the next step would be a call or email from HR.
