The hiring manager was quick to schedule the interview. The interview was rather basic, but went well. I was told I was a top candidate for the position and I would hear something by the end of the week. Unfortunately, I never received a callback for the position with positive or negative feedback. I sent a follow up email and still did not receive a reply. I am not upset that I didn't get the position, but that the hiring manager stopped all contact. I simple "we found someone better suited for the position" would have been perfectly fine. In my opinion this was very unprofessional.

Brief 30-minute conversation with a recruiter and then one additional interview with the hiring manager. Received a job offer after. They do not appear to drag out the process like most other employers these days.

Process could be long by some standards. I found it to be right on par for the type of role I was applying for. They are very thorough and forthcoming with information if you have any questions along the way. It was a very painless process for me.
