It was mostly behavioral with a tutoring example at the end. They wanted to know how I did on standardized tests and why I wanted to tutor. He asked more questions about my resume and talked to me about my experience in College. It got off topic sometimes and it really showed the easy going culture. I had to show my work and walk him through two SAT problems.
