Entrevista
The hiring and interview process was smooth as buttter. There was just a call from their HR asking if I would be interested and available for an interview. After saying yes I was scheduled and most of the interview involved asking me about my previous work experience. They just wanted to know how I was as a person and the way I behaved.

Entrevista
The first impression in the company is artists look tight-knit. It is very organized and warm. Staffs are friendly.
There are two phases to the interview: First one is with the HR and second one is with two supervisors. Both phases, they all made me feel comfortable and at ease. The HR gives you an outline of how the pipeline works and more generic questions to your work ethics, while the supervisors focus more on you as an individual artist and technical areas.
