The interviewer was fantastic, super friendly, and easy to talk to. She spoke as if I was talking to a friend. I was nervous when the meeting started, but it all went away as soon as she started talking.

General questions such as, what did I major in? What is something that I'm interested in if was to be hired by the company? She also laid out what the hrs would look like and that it would be a physically demanding job some days.
Informal, though they may do it differently each time. I had a 3-panel interview and was immediately notified within a couple of days that they wanted to move forward. As long as you are open to learning and can get along with the interviewers, you should be ok.

The interviews were able to be conducted virtually which was convenient. The questions were standard apart from the one wildcard question that was asked each time. That was a fun addition of their interviews which always kept me on my toes.

Entrevista
Interviewer was rude and stand-offish, almost mocking. Felt like working there would be a very stressful environment just due to management. Explained towards the end of the interview that it could take months before being offered a job due to their hiring process.
