The interview process was difficult and unexpected. Previous interns advised me not to worry about the first phone interview because questions were typically behavioral; however, all the questions during my interview were technical. These question not only covered technique specified on my resume, they covered widely used industry techniques.

Some of the questions included describe: Elisa, gel-electrophoresis, reverse chromatography, antibody structure, mass spectrometry, protein degradation pathway inside and outside a cell, current uses of antibodies in biotech, etc.

Great Interview process very smooth. The entire process took a month or so. It was a pre recorded interview with straightforward behavioral questions and then a 45 min virtual interview with the hiring manager.

The process was smooth and more like a causal conversation. The hiring manager introduced the project they are currently working on and then the relevant skillset for the job. Then they started to ask about my research and a few specific project in my resume.

Phone call with HM for 15 min. Professional questions were asked like self introduction and then the job description with detailed by the HM. Very pleasant experience since the conversation is efficient
