Had a phone call with the recruiter who gave me an overview of the program. After responding to the email received an online assessment about OOP principles and coding questions.

Applied through their website during which I took a 2 hour long reasoning + math + reading + personality test. 2 weeks later they got back to me with an hour long assessment on a horribly buggy platform. The assessment included a brief statistics/reasoning portion, a video response to interpersonal conflict, a poorly worded and inconsistent multiple choice section for java/oop concepts, and a final easy leetcode section with a bug ridden test runner. I'm fairly certain I was used to focus test the awful internal assessment software they use.
