I had actually gotten hired for customer service, back when customer service was under Geek Squads careful eye. It was during a morning meeting that the DCO of the precinct had tempted me with donuts and orange juice to become a consultation agent. True story.
Also I had a phone interview and two in person interviews as well as a drug test. Not fun. One interview was us talking about make up because I happened to work for Sephora before this job. Yes, you too can know the benefits of skin care and how to replace an iPhone screen. -.-
... From the moment they give you the paper on where to get tested at you have 36 hours to be tested. That's probably the part they actually take seriously, honestly the actual interviews I had were jokes.

Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. It started with a few questions about my background, my résumé, and what motivated me to apply for Geek Squad. Most of the interview focused on behavioral questions about teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving, with one or two light technical questions related to basic troubleshooting. Overall, it was a comfortable experience centered on getting to know me and how I handle different situations.
Interview has very simple questions. They ask why you are interested in the job. Then you are put through training if you accept the job. overall seamless process and easy interview
