1 interview with HR approx. 45 mins 1 interview with the hiring manager approx. an hour 1 test article of 700 to 1000 words. Took 3-4 hours. Rejection I think they should get you to do the test before meeting with the hiring manager because it was a waste of time meeting the person I might work with if they haven’t assessed my skills yet. Honestly I think the test was too long. 700 to 1000 words is not quick and I wasted a few hours of my life doing this all for nothing. It’s like I was a performing monkey. And they waited until four days later after submission to reject me at 5pm on a Friday. Nice. That really started my weekend off nicely. They should only give the test to people before the hiring manager interview. It’s a waste of time to speak to the hiring manager if they haven’t been able to assess your skills yet.
