This was a 30 minute phone call interview where I was asked STAR questions. I did not get invited back for another interview. The time to hear back about the first interview was long- over 2 months.

Q: Tell me about a time you influenced others to create a solution
Very informal, very unprofessional, and it seemed like the interviewer was trying to rush through it to get to something else. The interviewer acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions about the role and how in translates into full time employment down the line.

They asked STAR questions about your school or professional experience. They asked me how I managed skills and demonstrated leadership. The interview was not easy, but not hard. I would say prepare ahead of time.
