Had a recruiter reach out to me on LinkedIn requesting an interview, scheduled a phone interview and then the recruiter was out of the office on the day of my interview and didn't notify me. Rescheduled. Moved to a second phone interview. It went well, moved to 3rd interview and was told it was going to be a video call; it was not, even after confirming with my recruiter that it was supposed to be, Originally missed the phone call because I was waiting in a Microsoft Teams meeting. I called the back recruiter and the 3rd interview lasted about 45 min. I Was told I should hear back from someone within 72 hours and never did. Sent 2 follow-up emails and even called the following week after, completely ghosted.
