I send my cv through the career section on their website. I got contacted via email by a recruiter and we managed to set up the first phone call wich lasted 30 minutes and it was a very easy call. It was mainly hom talking and explaining the role and the company. He then told me he was going to call me back after a couple of days for a proper phon-interview. The secodn phone call lasted almost an hour and I got asked about the role about the company and also got interviewd on specific situations of my previous jobs. They interviewer used the STAR tecnique. After this secodn stage I received an email saying I was going to go through the third stage. The third phoceall was an interview with the Client Engagement manager and the manager who worked as a Client engagement manager before . The intervies lasted an hour and a half and I got asked questiond regarding my cv, my previous experiences and also specific situations in my previous jobs. This was the hardest among all the stages but if you prepare yourself in the right way you can make it. What I personally did was prepare meny different situations (tem work, personal achievement, client satisfaction ecc) and write them down. After passing this stage I got confirmed for the next and last phase. My last phase was structured in the following way: 15 minutes video-call with the manager, 1 hour panel presentation, half an hpour with the manager of the client engagement manager. This last phase went very well according to what they sayd and according to all the positive comments I got during my presentation. Unfortunately after 3 days I received a phonecall from the recruiter telling me that the manager had not chosen me cause she believes I would be better in a selling role.
