Overall a somewhat drawn out, but incredibly informative interview process. I started my process in the beginning of January, and it was completed (ie, offer letter) end of February. You begin by receiving a preliminary interview from an in house recruiter, which is basically to help weed out people who would not be a good fit based on first impressions. They are very big on the use of STAR method interviewing (Situation, Task, Action, Result), so keep this in mind when going through the process. Something that was very refreshing, is the recruiter will ask if you would like feedback on the interview, and they will give you an open and honest review of how things went, what they feel you should work on, and what they feel you should keep doing. This feedback continues through the whole process, which is great, even if you don't land the position, you can learn how you can improve your interview skills in the future. The next step was a panel interview with two execs. The first part is standard introductions, questions and behavioral and experience based questioning. The second part of the panel is a role play. After this the floor is opened to more questions you may have and of course the feedback from the panel. I have heard some people have a third interview, which is a presentation style interview, but I did not experience this. The panel will confer with the recruiter for a few days and you will receive your answer via the recruiter and an offer letter to begin the full hiring process. Total time for me was about 1.5 months for the whole process, but this varies based on your schedule, the recruiters schedule and the panels schedules. I was currently working full time during this process, so that did necessitate protracted time between steps, in conjunction with everyone else's schedules, so total time will vary between candidates.

The first round was a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my background and experience. The second was a one-hour behavioral interview covering the role and company. The final round was one-hour and 30-minutes. The questions were similar to the second round but included a role-play exercise. Throughout the process, a major focus was on coachability and how well I could apply feedback given during the interviews.
