Interview is about 3 rounds starts with headhunter then line manager & VP then ends up with Panel interview minimum 4 high profile managers in Gartner. Rigorous Process but it really discover the candidate strengths and where need to focus as an area of improvement. Gartner value their employees big time as they present their brand name being as a marketers to in the IT industry

Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
