A Gärtner recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. I then had 2 interviews with internal HR. All questions were competency based with a role play sales call in 2nd interview. The recruiter prepared me on what they might ask throughout the interviews.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
